There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

2. On the previous occasion i.e., on 24.03.2025, the learned counsel for 1/4

the Petitioner had undertaken to file a Memo to record that the Petitioner has withdrawn the vakalat. The Memo dated 24.03.2025 is taken on record.

3. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Impugned Charge Memo dated 27.01.2014 was withdrawn on 03.02.2016 during the pendency of the present Writ Petition based on advice of the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Cuddalore District the respondent herein by his proceedings dated 03.02.2016. Subsequently, the subsequent incumbent in his proceedings dated 06.09.2016, has issued the very same Charge Memo dated 26.10.2016 which is subject matter of W.P.No.40552 of 2016 where the petitioner has reportedly obtained stay from this Court.

4. Since the Impugned Charge Memo itself has been withdrawn on 03.02.2016, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
