O R D E R

The order passed in W.P.No.778 of 2013, dated 08.11.2013 is the subject matter of the present contempt petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the respondent has passed an order dated 01.10.2014, pursuant to the directions issued by this court, they have not implemented the order in its letter and spirit. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original documents including Ration Card, Voter ID and other relevant documents were not verified by the respondent. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that they have considered the documents and passed an order in proceedings dated 01.10.2014 and the order was passed, considering the merits and the demerits of the case also.

3. This Court, at this point of time, cannot go into the nature of the documents considered by the respondent nor the way in which they have considered the case of the writ petitioner and it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the matter in the manner known to law.

4. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
