This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents herein to forthwith issue suitable direction to include Pondicherry University Community College of Pondicherry University Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker-Female Course from the academic year 2007-2008 in their panel maintained by every District Employment Exchange of Tamil Nadu and Sponsor the name of the petitioner to the suitable post of Village Health Nurse / Maternity Assistant / Auxiliary Nurse, Midwife Urban Health Center and appoint her in a suitable post after due selection.

Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that now the petitioner is aged about 51 years and barred by age. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
