This petition is filed to condone the delay of 627 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 06.06.2018 made in W.P.No.6027 of 2015.

2 Though the respondents are served with notice, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Counsel for the appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
