This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated07.01.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.262 of 2014 by the second respondent and complaint was closed.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
