ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail, as he was arrested on 06.09.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections, 147, 148, 364, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.249 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is an Engineering graduate and that he has no connection whatsoever with the alleged incident and in fact no such incident has taken place. The learned counsel would further state that in order to defeat the alleged loan said to have been settled between one of the accused Selvaraj, and this defacto complainant, he had given this false complaint implicating the petitioner also.

3. Mr.R.Sekar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, would state that out of totally seven accused, against whom complaint were given, only four were secured. Insofar as this petitioner is concerned, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that there is no bad antecedent noticed.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to pass the following orders that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail, on the following conditions :-

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam; and (ii) The petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
