2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 7 accused are named in the charge sheet. The reading of the statement of witness would indicated that no allegations are made against the first petition in respect of the incident that took place on 02.02.2014. In that view of the matter, the charge sheet filed against the first petitioner may be quashed and in respect accused 2 to 7 may be dismissed as withdrawn.

3. This court has perused the records. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this petition is partly allowed. The charge sheet filed against A1, is quashed and the petition filed by the A2 to A 7 is dismissed as not pressed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
