This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience to the order of this Court in W.P.No.37711 of 2024 dated 28.07.2025.

2. Learned State Counsel appearing for respondent informed the court that the order dated 28.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.37711 of 2024 has

been complied with vide proceedings dated 22.05.2026 in Na.Ka.No.2059/2024/E, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
