CRIME NO.2224/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.19134/2020 dated 08.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19134 of 2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
