The learned counsel appearing for the respondent contended that the suit in O.S.No.79 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Ambur, Vellore District was disposed on 05.08.2013 and till date no appeal against the decree and judgment dated 05.08.2013 was filed by the present Civil Revision Petitioner.

2. The Revision Petitioner has filed this application against the orders passed in I.A.No.366 of 2010 in O.S.No.79 of 2010 for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the suit property. Since the suit itself was disposed of on 05.08.2013, nothing survives for further adjudication and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
