A.No.749 of 2021 A.No.749 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J This application has been filed to direct the respondent Bank to issue No Objection Certificate enabling the applicant to renew the All India Permit and Tamil Nadu State permit with Regional Transport Officer, Attur in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN77F-4546 (Ashok Leyland - Chassis No.MB1KADYD6GRFN1104, Engine No.FSHZA29465) forthwith.

2. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Meera Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Ms.Meera Gnanasekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the applicant is to pay Rs.2,49,000/- to the respondent Bank. If the applicant pays Rs.2 lakhs, they are prepared to issue No Objection Certificate for renewal of permit.

4. Submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is recorded.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he is ready to pay the amount.
