Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month until further orders made in Crl.MP.No.5432/2020 in Crl.OP.No.10426/2020 dated 14.09.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5432 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10426 of 2020, dated 14.09.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5432 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10426 of 2020, dated 14.09.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
