ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.01.2026.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in his name. He had given a representation to the respondents on 16.01.2026 for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in Page No.2 of 6

accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.01.2026 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
