ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.06.2015 and made in W.P.No.15375 of 2015.

2.It is represented that the order dated 03.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15375 of 2015, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with, vide proceedings of the first respondent/ The Director of School Education, Chennai, dated 13.07.2016.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the reasons assigned in the order are per se un-sustainable in law and prays for appropriate orders. 4.In the light of the above said proceedings of the first respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings of the first respondent, dated 13.07.2016, in accordance with law, before the competent

forum. The said proceedings of the first respondent, dated 13.07.2016, is taken on file and recorded.
