ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the Gazettee notification dated 29.01.1999 by the first respondent regarding ROC.No.20831/97(D-2) dated 25.01.1999, thereby acquired the petitioner's land under the Harijan Welfare Scheme. 2.

It is seen that the sole petitioner died on 04.07.2024 itself. Even till today the legal heirs did not take any steps to substitute themselves as party to this writ petition. It shows that they have no interest to pursue the present writ petition. 3.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to file petition to set aside the order of abatement in accordance with law.
