This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the above appeal.

Though notice was served on the first respondent, he has not appeared before this Court either in person or through Advocate.

I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 19 days is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
