ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20281 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 364A, 457, 392, 302 and 201 IPC in Crime No.188 of 2018, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20281 of 2020 dated 04.01.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first and third Monday of each month. This petition is ordered accordingly.
