ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take control over the administration and management of Arulmigu Sri Veeramatchiamman Temple, situated at Vadugapalayam, Pollachi Town and Taluk, Coimbatore District, in the light of the notice of the respondents issued on 05.01.2026.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is that the person who is in the de facto management of the temple is not administering the temple in a proper manner and there are already complaints against him which are duly being enquired into.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that an enquiry notice has already been issued and the same will be duly continued and orders in accordance with law will be passed.
4. Recording the same and also directing the respondents to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the other person who is in charge of the temple and take a decision, the writ petition stands disposed of. Needless to mention that this Court has not rendered any opinion as to the allegations one way or the other made by the party petitioner. The respondents shall complete the exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
