This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, to receive the Petition dated 21.3.2014 filed by the petitioner under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. in C.C.No.85/2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce any material to the effect that the petition was not received by the Court and he filed only a copy of the petition.
