This is an application for condonation of delay of 282 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the fourth respondent opposes the application on the ground that sufficient cause is not spelt out in the application.

It appears that after the judgment was delivered by the learned Single Judge, the present applicant has filed a review application and the same was rejected and, thereafter, the appeal has been filed.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 282 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
