ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to fix the seniority and promote the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant Manager (Fire Services) with effect from 03.11.2008.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that as prayed by the petitioner, the seniority was fixed and he was promoted to the post of Assistant Manager and paid the monetary benefits.
