The Learned Counsel for the petitioners state that two of the petitioners are practising Advocate and therefore, their personal appearance shall not be insisted on all hearings.

2. Taking into note of their profession, the trial Court shall entertain petition filed for dispensing the personal appearance of the petitioners on the hearing dates.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
