I have already deposed as P.W.1 on 06.03.2025. In continuation of the same I am deposing and marking the following documents. Ex.A1 is the certified copy of the sale deed dated 11.01.2023 along with encumbrance certificate for the period 01.1.1975 to 03.07.2023.

Ex.A2 is the original valuation report dated 03.02.2024. I, therefore, pray this Hon'ble Court that these applications may be ordered as prayed for.
