ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 490A and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 in Crime No. Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are alleged to have harassed the defacto complainant by demanding dowry. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent police has assigned the Crime Number as Cr.No.82 of 2022.
