This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order in W.P. No.11148 of 2012 dated 18.12.2023.

2. On earlier occasion on 27.06.2025, Mr.E.Sundaram, learned Government Advocate placed before this Court a copy of the order vide G.O.(D).No.668, Health and Family Welfare (D1) Department, dated 26.06.2025, purportedly in compliance with the orders passed by this Court.

3. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on verification the same reported that the respondents have complied with the order.
