ORDER

The Petitioner has moved this Court seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by him under the Right to Information Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, taking note of the nature of the information sought, I called upon, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal to get instructions whether the second respondent will produce the details sought together with the certified copies.

3. When I took up the matter today, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal has produced the records that the petitioner seeks. Certified copies have been served on Mr.S.Selvaraj.

4. Mr.S.Selvaraj pointed out that the survey report has not been enclosed. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, states that the survey report and copies of the kist receipt have not been issued to the petitioner are not available with the 2nd respondent.

5. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal reports that the survey report has to be furnished by the Survey Department attached to the Office of the District

Collector and that the Tahsildar will take immediate steps to forward the application to the Survey Department. He further states that the said records will be sent to the petitioner at the earliest.

6. In so far as the kist receipt is concerned, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal submitted, on instructions, that there are no copies available in the office of the respondents 2 and 3. The same is recorded.

7. Mr.L.S.M. Hasan Fizal shall ensure that the survey report is furnished to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
