The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to give permission and adequate protection to the petitioner to conduct temple function on 15.02.2026, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration. He further submitted that the 2nd respondent police are ready to grant permission and provide adequate protection, subject to certain conditions. 3.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
