ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records in C.C.No.202 of 2022 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Executive Trial of CCB cases (relating to cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro cases, Chennai and quash the same with regard to the Petitioner.

2.The Petitioner/Accused-3 in C.C.No.202/2022 facing trial for the offence u/s.406, 420 r/w34 IPC has filed this quash Petition. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this quash petition finding that this Court is not in favour of the Petitioner. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. 2/4

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
