This Contempt Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 17.7.2013, in W.P.No.9096 of 2013. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Contempt Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had placed before this Court, a Letter, dated 17.7.2015, issued by the respondent, rejecting the request made by the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in the Writ Petition, in W.P.No.9096 of 2013. A copy of
the said order, dated 17.7.2015, had been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, it goes without saying that it may be open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 17.7.2015, issued by the respondent, if he is so advised, before the appropriate form, in the manner known to law. No costs.
