By consent the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land admeasuring two acres, in T.S.No.4/6A in Block No.1, Ward-A, in Ambur Town, Vaniyambadi Taluk by virtue of the registered sale deed dated 12.12.1948. There was some litigation pending in respect of the rival claim. The petitioner, vide application dated 6.3.2015 requested the first respondent to measure his plot https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
according to his documents and also paid the prescribed fees. Though nearly one month had lapsed, the first respondent did not measure the property as per the request made by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for he petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R1 and R2.
4. Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, this Court, without entering into the merits of the application/representation submitted by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 6.3.2015, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the parties concerned.
