Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the orders dated 10.01.2012 made in I.A.Nos. 777 of 2011 & 778 of 2011 in O.S.No.40 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonmallee. O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petitions are to set aside the orders dated 10.01.2012 made in I.A.Nos. 777 of 2011 & 778 of 2011 in O.S.No.40 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonmallee.

2. When these civil revision petitions were taken up for hearing on 02.09.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence these matters were directed to be listed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is present and not ready with the case and seeks adjournment. It is seen from the records that this Court by orders dated 06.01.2020, 04.02.2020 and 04.03.2020 granted time to the petitioner to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased G.Rukmani (1st respondent in CRP.120 of 2013 and 5th respondent in CRP.121 of 2013) who died in the year 2019. But, till date the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the said deceased G.Rukmani.

4. In view of the above, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as abates as against deceased G.Rukmani. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ak To The Sub Judge, Poonmallee.
