O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take necessary action against unlawful activities of the fifth respondent.

2. Such a general relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted by the High Court. No doubt, the petitioner may have certain grievances or he could have noticed certain illegalities and irregularities in the banking transactions.

3. However, any such illegalities or irregularities must be specifically submitted by way of a complaint to the competent authorities and in the event of submitting such specific complaint, the authorities competent are bound to initiate action in the manner known to law. Thus, if the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of any such illegalities and irregularities in the matter of banking transactions, the petitioner is at liberty to complaint before the authorities competent with specific allegations enabling the authorities to look into the complaint and initiate appropriate action in the manner known to law.
