Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon`ble Court on 19.01.2022 made in CrlO.P No. 831/2022 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply the condition made in Crl.O.P.No.831 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022.
2. This Court on 19.01.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1072 of 2012, within a period of fifteen days.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the petitioner submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner's father was suffering from severe COVID and that the petitioner was spent all funds towards his treatment and hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner was unable to raise funds to comply with the condition, within a time stipulated by this Court.
5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and executing sureties time is extended till 21.03.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the anticipatory bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court.
