Both the petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 342 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the inordinate delay of 342 days in re-presenting the appeals, we inclined to allow the petition on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, both the petitions are allowed, on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- each, [totally a sum of Rs.2,000 (Rupees two thousand)] by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court, within one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, failing which, the petition shall automatically be dismissed, without any reference to this Court.
