O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14970 of 2013 dated 01.10.2013.

2. While disposing of the above Writ Petition, a direction was issued to the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2013, wherein the petitioner sought for removal of encroachment.

3. The respondent has filed a compliance report stating that all the encroachers in the Kuttai Poramboke have been removed and the remaining 12 encroachers of the Proamboke land, have been issued with patta.

4. In the light of the above facts, the contempt petition is closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) pvs //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2022.
