ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Government Pleader states that there is no attempt to destroy the grown up green trees. The apprehension expressed in the petition is about the maintenance of the trees on Siruvani Main Road and the trees have been properly maintained. The learned Government Pleader seeks to produce couple of photographs in this behalf, which are taken on record.
2. In view of the aforesaid position, the writ petition is closed.
