JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 29.11.2022, Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.G.Balakrishnan (Retd.) was appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. It is further informed that both the parties appeared before the Arbitrator and enquiry on both was concluded and now Award has to be passed. In view of the above, both the counsel fairly submitted that, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ appeal.
