The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Section 3 and 18(A) of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Act is not applicable for the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No.PY01BH5929 which has already been registered in Puducherry and Tax paid. 2.
