COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 18.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11149 of 2024 etc., batch, thereby directing the respondent to fix their salary by granting fitment benefit as per the sixth pay commission in view of the G.O.Ms.No.340 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 26.08.2010, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
