O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.29607 of 2003 dated 06.03.2013.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order and direction issued by this Court dated 06.03.2013 in W.P.No.29607 of 2003 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the Cheque issued in the name of the petitioner for a sum of Rs.32,236/- bearing No.003338, dated 20.07.2016, the Sivagangai District Central Co-Op Bank Ltd., Collectrate Branch, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai, to that effect.
