O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take further necessary steps to register and issue the death certificate as per the first respondent's proceedings, MM.P4/11054/2014 dated 15.01.2015 with the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent submitted that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for registration of death certificate as per order in CMP.No.4991 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi. This Court vide order dated 13.06.2018 in W.P.No.7010 of 2015, allowed the petition by setting aside the order in CMP.No.4991 of 2014 and therefore, no further order is necessary in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 07.06.2023 rli To
