Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent herein for Contempt for willfully disobeying the order dated 20.07.2012 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18867 of 2012.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent states that pursuant to the Judgment of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court passed an order in Review Application No.227 of 2015 in W.A.No.352 of 2014 dated 09.12.2016 , already the respondents have taken steps for settling dues to the individuals. dues by calculating the arrears and other emoluments. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader undertakes that the dues to the writ petitioner will also be settled in accordance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court.

2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
