When this Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing on 09.10.2020, the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent has submitted that he is ready for arguments, but the learned counsel for the Petitioner not connected through Video Conferencing and hence, this matter was adjourned to 09.11.2020 as no further adjournment. On 09.11.2020 also the learned counsel for the Respondent has submitted that he is ready for arguments, but the learned counsel for the Petitioner not connected through Video Conferencing and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter has been adjourned and posted today i.e., 18.11.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent appeared through Video Conferencing, but there is no representation for the Petitioner. The petitioner called absent.

2.Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
