O R D E R
Reference may be made to the order dated 02.11.2015 which reads as follows:
"The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that, pursuant to the
order, dated 11.09.2015, passed by this Court in this Contempt Petition, a copy of the inspection report has been received by the petitioner/Institution, and they have also rectified the defects and submitted compliance report to the University. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that, if compliance report has been submitted, then the University will consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits. 2.
In the light of the above, if the petitioner has submitted the compliance report, complete in all respects, then, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said compliance report.
Post the matter on 05.01.2016."
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the Government letter dated 22.12.2015 stating that the petitioner Trust has not yet submitted compliance report to the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University as was mentioned before this Court.
3. In the light of the fact that compliance report is yet to be submitted, there will be a direction to the petitioner to submit compliance report to the University which shall be considered in accordance with law.
