(R3 - Suo motu impleaded, vide order dated 04.01.2013 made in W.P.Nos.26990 & 26991 of 2012) Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.9948/AA4/2012 dated 30.09.2012 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service on re-employment till the end of the academic year 2012-2013 with all consequential attendant benefits.

ORDER
The present Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to allow him to continue in service on reemployment till the end of the academic year 2012-2013. However, it is pertinent to note that, pursuant to the interim order of stay dated 04.10.2012 granted by this Court, the petitioner continued in his service till the end of the said academic year i.e., till 31.05.2013.
2. In view of the above fact, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ petition and accordingly, this Writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
