ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 01.10.2012 made in W.P.No.26507 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents. He has also produced a Xerox copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.756/A1/2014 dated 11.02.2015.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
