This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondent and their subordinates not to harass the petitioner as per complaint given by the defacto complainant alleging dowry harassment.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The matter pertains to the matrimonial dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
4. In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
