Prayer: Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of the CPC r/w Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules, praying to grant decree and judgment against the defendants herein a) holding that the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay a sum of Rs.1,75,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Seventy Five Lakhs only), towards damages, for the arbitrary acts of the second defendant, intentional failure to renew the two Bank Guarantees on their due dates, suppression of material facts and breach of assurances, harassment caused to the plaintiff, by misusing their authority and the mental agony caused due to the acts of the defendants.
