The above application is filed by the 6th respondent in the OP for direction to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras to release the sum of Rs.1,46,70,000/- with accured interest deposited in the India Bank, Madras High Court Branch, Chennai.

2. The 6th respondent who was the 6th claimant had obtained the Award against the respondent herein. The said Award was challenged in OP.No.4841 of 2019 by the respondent herein.

3. Ultimately the parties have entered into a joint memorandum of compromise in and by which the respondent herein had agreed to a pay a sum of Rs. 7,50,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claimants of the respondents in the OP.

4. The respondent had deposited a sum of Rs.1,50,00,000/- to the credit of original petition and as per the terms of the memorandum of compromise, the respondent and other parties have agreed that the applicant herein would withdraw the said sum. In pursuance of this memorandum of compromise present application is filed. The respondent has no objection to 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
