(CRIME NO. 638 /2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders. Imposed in Crl.OP.NO.1961 of 2022 by order dated 31.01.2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.MAHENDRA NAIDU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1961 of 2022 dated 31.01.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3.
